2. Booking & Cancellation
- Bookings can be made via website, call, or WhatsApp.
- Same-day service depends on technician availability.
- Free cancellation before technician dispatch. Visit charges may apply if canceled later.
3. Charges & Payment
- Inspection/diagnosis charges may apply if service is declined.
- Final quote depends on the issue and parts required.
- GST will be applicable on all bills.
4. Warranty
We offer a limited service warranty, typically ranging from 7 to 90 days depending on the nature of repair. Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or physical damage
- Power surge-related faults
- Issues unrelated to previous repair
5. Customer Responsibility
- Ensure clear access to the appliance.
- Provide accurate contact and address details.
- Ensure payment upon job completion unless pre-agreed.
